Do you struggle with anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, disturbed thoughts about past events? Do you worry about the future, your ability to trust your own judgement, your parenting, your relationship with your partner, or your performance at work? Do you feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, stressed, exhausted, or shut down by the demands of getting through your day? Do you wonder what your life could be like if you didn’t have to struggle so much?

I offer EMDR Therapy for adults and teens to help you release the root cause of your distress and build your confidence to live your best life. EMDR is a structure sensory based psychotherapy intervention that helps you to reprocess the distress associated with past experiences, to release this distress, to shift your associated negative belief about yourself to a more positive belief, and to build your skill and confidence that you can manage your day to day challenges.

I strive to offer a welcoming safe space where you can feel your journey matters, your inner wisdom and resiliency in honoured, and your privacy is protected.
