Our Corporate Services Division
No organization working unilaterally can adequately address the growing need for mental health services in Canada. Dalton Associates collaborates with other service providers to forge partnerships that enhance our ability to deliver these necessary services.
Partnerships may be developed with:
- An existing mental health agency that needs to outsource some of its client work
- A company seeking to reduce absenteeism due to mental health concerns
- A government agency that requires psychological or counselling services as part of its program
Our boutique Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are specifically tailored to address your organization’s unique needs, to address various employee and employer issues resulting from mental health challenges, including but not limited to:
- Chronic absenteeism
- Decreased productivity
- Workplace conflict, harassment and bullying
- Low workplace morale
