Trauma-Informed Therapy for First Responders & Individuals

You’ve spent enough time holding it together. Therapy is a place where you don’t have to.

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional – Level II (CCTP-II), I have a particular clinical focus on trauma and first responder mental health, supporting paramedics, firefighters, police officers, corrections officers and others working in high-stress or helping professions throughout Ontario.

I understand the unique pressures of high-stress professions, including exposure to critical incidents, cumulative trauma, burnout, emotional exhaustion, and the expectation to remain strong while carrying difficult experiences.

My approach is collaborative, practical, compassionate, and trauma-informed, providing psychotherapy for individuals experiencing the effects of trauma by helping them to develop effective coping strategies, strengthen emotional regulation, process difficult experiences, and regain stability and well-being.

I also welcome individuals navigating chronic stress, anxiety, depression, grief, emotional overwhelm, life transitions and other challenges that can interfere with daily life, relationships and overall well being.

All sessions are provided virtually, offering convenient and confidential support from the comfort of your own home.
