With over 20 years of clinical experience working with adults and adolescents in a variety of settings, Dimitra operates from a client-centred approach, tailoring therapy to the individual needs of each client and focusing on their strengths. She incorporates a variety of treatment approaches, including Adlerian, cognitive-behavioural, and solution-focused therapy, to help her clients uncover underlying issues, develop strategies to address them, and move forward in their lives. Dimitra creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can discover their strengths, gain insight, and achieve their goals. This process empowers clients to feel more in control of their lives and more confident in managing challenges both now and in the future.
