Hope is hard to hold when the waves of life are crashing over you. But without hope, we lose our anchor, we go adrift, and we can struggle to stay afloat. It is in these moments, we need a life jacket – something to lighten our load, to lift us up, and to help us feel safe. My role as therapist is to provide that support, to hold hope for you in those chaotic moments and help bring calm to stormy waters. Our work is about re-orienting and re-energizing you so you can chart a course for your ideal life. Therapy sessions are personalized to meet your unique needs and goals. I offer individual therapy services for those aged 12 and over. I provide support for a wide variety of issues and life challenges including those related to stress, mood, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, and self-esteem. Over the years, I have developed an extensive therapy “toolbox”. I am trained in a variety of different therapies and can support you with reprocessing difficult memories, diving deep through the wisdom of the body, investigating habitual thought patterns, or finding your voice through expressive arts.
