Patzia Gonzalez, B.Sc. is a seasoned psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience in private practice. A clinical member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP), she specializes in providing compassionate, client-centered care through a variety of evidence-based and holistic approaches. Patzia's foundational training includes Gestalt Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Systemic Family Constellations, complemented by advanced expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Training, Grief and Bereavement Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based CBT. As an advanced practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), she also integrates various energy-based modalities, including meridian and chakra therapies, into her practice. Rooted in a spiritual journey spanning over 40 years, Patzia incorporates meditation and mindfulness into her therapeutic work. She is bilingual, offering services in both English and Spanish, and brings a multicultural perspective from her early career in Mexico and her continued practice in Canada.
