I have 30 years of experience working with children, teens and adults. I have worked with children and teens in a group setting to teach social skills, appropriate communication and insight into an individual's behaviour. I have an extensive background in working with anxiety, depression and trauma, both with couples and families. My treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Family systems, Narrative and Emotional Support. I have experience and interest in working with addictions, mood regulation and body image including eating disorders and self harm. My goal is to help clients learn new tools, work through trauma and change unhealthy habits and ultimately feel healthier and more resilient to tackle life's challenges
