Are you feeling weighed down by unresolved trauma, stuck in cycles of toxic relationships, or overwhelmed by deep-seated family dynamics? If you’re longing to rediscover your authentic self, rebuild trust, and reclaim peace in your life, know that you don’t have to face this journey alone. My practice is dedicated to helping individuals like you process painful experiences—whether it’s growing up in a dysfunctional family, enduring narcissistic relationships, struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or stress, or navigating the aftermath of childhood abuse.

Your story matters here. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, compassionate space to share your experiences, explore your needs, and reflect on what you want to carry forward. At every step, I’m committed to walking beside you, honouring your pace and supporting your growth. My style is collaborative and tailored to your unique journey, with an emphasis on fostering personal growth and supporting your mental health goals.

Specializing in trauma counselling, narcissistic abuse recovery, and supporting adults who grew up with emotionally immature parents or narcissistic parents, I offer a range of therapies, including talk therapy, art therapy, brainspotting, mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and internal family systems work. If you’re ready to begin deep therapy in a down-to-earth, supportive environment, I invite you to reach out and book a complimentary Zoom chat. Your healing starts here.
