Frank offers Counselling/Psychotherapy services and Supervised Psychological Counselling under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist or Psychological Associate. Frank is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. He practices counselling and therapy in the Regional Municipality of Waterloo under the supervision of a Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychological Associate who is a member of the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Frank holds a Doctor of Ministry award from Knox College and the University of Toronto. His thesis focused on opportunities for Ministry Among New-Landed Immigrants. Frank is a member of the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals as a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist. Frank provides psychotherapy to clients who are experiencing emotional change through individual, family and group sessions for twenty-three years. Frank helps clients address a wide range of concerns, including Anger Management, Anxiety Disorder, Depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Ethnic-Minority Issues, Intimacy Problems, Religious Issues, Gender Identity, Self-Esteem Issues, Sex Therapy, Sex Addiction Therapy, and Pre-Marital Counselling. During couple and family sessions, he focuses on each family member’s needs and helps them learn listening skills and how to communicate with mutual respect and intimacy. Frank is trained to work with African-American men who are experiencing racial trauma. He has a comprehensive understanding of racial trauma related to anti-blackness and provides clinical implications and interventions. Also, Frank is trained to work with first responders. Having immigrated twice, Frank brings a wealth of life experiences, adding much to his clinical knowledge. His training includes years of experience, and his continuing education helps him work effectively with individuals, couples, and groups. Frank is also able to integrate a Christian spiritual dimension with professional counselling. He is an ordained Presbyterian minister in Canada.
