Hi, I’m Dyneisha St-Cyr Dorrington (RSW, MSW, CC-PMH, CC-BRT, CC-PGL, therapist, mom, and the heart behind Hazel & Teal Therapy. I’m also an Accredited Family Mediator,  Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician, and a Registered Social Worker. My training includes specializations in Birth & Reproductive Trauma (CC-BRT), Perinatal Grief & Loss (CC-PGL), Fertility & Mental Health (CC-FMH).

I created this work because I know firsthand how overwhelming, tender, and transformative certain life chapters can be. My own bumpy journey into motherhood opened me up in ways I never expected, it deepened my empathy, sharpened my purpose, and grounded me in the belief that people deserve support that is real, relational, and rooted in respect.

Today, I support individuals and families through all of life’s turning points: the rawness of postpartum, the complexity of fertility struggles, the weight of grief and loss, the growing pains of identity shifts, and the emotional terrain of separation, co-parenting, and changing relationships.

My approach is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and culturally centered. I work hard to create a space where you can show up as you are, messy, hopeful, hurting, or unsure and still feel safe, seen, and supported. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out. Together, we make room for everything: the tears, the laughter, the overwhelm, the healing, and the quiet moments of clarity.

I bring over a decade of experience in counselling, trauma support, and advocacy into every conversation. Whatever chapter you’re in right now, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to walk with you—gently, collaboratively, and at your pace.
