Catherine Coyle holds a Master of Social Work degree (MSW), is Registered Social Worker (RSW), is a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (OCSWSSW) and the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). In addition Catherine has training in EMDR, level 1 and 2. Catherine has over 25 years experience in counselling and psychotherapy. Her areas of expertise are vast, including: Life Transitions Relationship Difficulties Trauma, Recovery Stress Management Women’s Health Self-esteem Trust Assertiveness Communication Eating Disorders Her approach is holistic and integrative, drawing upon attachment therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapies, family systems theory and she works with people in individual, couple, family and group modalities. Catherine strives to provide a safe, comfortable environment for motivated people to learn from the past, plan for the future and live in the present.
