Dr. Tahira Jibeen is a clinical psychologist, registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Dr. Jibeen completed her Ph.D. from Punjab University in Pakistan in 2010. Previously, she worked as a counsellor and associate professor in Pakistan and Saudia Arabia over a period of 7 years. Additionally, she has published several research articles in renowned international academic journals. Dr. Jibeen primarily works with adult clients and supports them to focus on their personal strengths and abilities in meeting their goals and improving their well-being. Dr. Jibeen speaks Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, and English fluently. She uses scientific approaches to therapy and relies on the latest cutting-edge research in planning her interventions. She primarily focuses on the cognitive-behavioral approach, but she blends elements from a variety of therapeutic models. She uses a compassionate, collaborative, and active approach to support clients in their recovery from mental health issues.
